Nylon Girl: Olivia Meza

I'm studying fashion design at "Casa de Francia," I'm in sixth semester.

One of my biggest interests is fashion journalism, because I love writing, never really knew I was good at writing until I got to Nylon. It's not easy to talk about fashion without the knowledge of all the processes.

4. What inspired you to work on this?
Myself, because I love what I do, and fashion is not only about creating clothes, but also about communicating, creating a brand and administrative stuff.
I like to make men's clothing, because I think it is more complicated than women's, it is also how I would like men to dress like. (Laughs)

5. What is your best experience in Nylon?
In Nylon, I began interviewing people and my first one was to the makeup artist from Christian Dior and I was very excited. I also did an interview to Bobbi Brown global makeup artist.

In a woman's: Some good jeans and a black blazer.
In a man's: good shoes and blazer.
8. Your favorite trend this season?
I like Flowers, but mostly because designers have managed how to reinerpreted, for example Prada!

9. What do you think about the new Mexican talents?
They are people with a unique creative vision, however, they need to have their feet on the ground.
I love 'Punto' because of their creativity, Natalie Amkie, Adrian Gonzalez and Maura Ireri, who graduate from CENTRO.

I love Miuccia Prada, everything she does in Prada and Miu Miu, I love her!
