Hi everyone!! this sunday , to celebrate the children´s day , we visited The antique toy museum (MUJAM) on its 4th anniversary , here we saw the largest toy collection in México which includes classic toys from different epoques. The main aim of the museum is to rescue part of the national culture and history by showing the toys.

As part of the fourth anniversary, on our visit to the MUJAM we heard a conference by Suhab collective about sustainability on design.

Suhab collective is formed by several designers, among them Jose Igancio Nuño and Manolo Ampudi, two industrial designer, together they´ve been working  to help the country to reach sustainability, and to achieve this they´ve used as inspiration the natural cycle of the environment where nothing is wasted.
Suhab collaborators assure that it is man who creates waste so they´ve made some proposals for the responsible use of non-degradable materials, but their greatest contribution are their  awesome designs, all made from recycled materials, ranging from note books and posters  to USBs all made out from ecologic materials.

The designers noted that although Suhab designs are slightly more expensive, the manufacturing process of its products does not contaminated, on the contrary they recycle and generates national workforce

Since the museum is celebrating its 4th anniversary, several activities will be taking place from april 27 to May 5 in this wonderful place, so we invite you to be part of this celebration.

Thanks for reading!
